Rental Pricing & Information

Included in Rent for all tenants:

  1. Dedicated locking office

  2. Security System/monitoring for main space

  3. 24/7 access to space

  4. Utilities included (heat, lights, water)

  5. Shared reception - staffed weekdays from 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM

  6. Mail/parcel receiving

  7. Access to collaborative workspace in office "pod"

  8. Access to kitchen and lounge area 

  9. Basic cleaning services in common space*

  10. Garbage disposal*

*Tenants are responsible to clean their individual offices and bagging their own items for disposal​

Work/Meeting space:

Training Rooms A & B, and Meeting Room are bookable at preferred rates

Equipment & Supplies

  • Internet 

  • Photocopier - code to be provided and usage is billed monthly

1-Person Offices - Long Term Rentals 

Month-to-month or lease <5 years  $775 + HST*

Lease of 5+ years $750 + HST**

Items included for lease terms greater than 1 year (subject to availability):

  • Meeting Room 

  • Training Room A or B***

*Prices are subject to change.  Rent will also be subject to an annual increase, which will be stipulated in the lease 

**Rent is based on renting one unit; if additional units are rented, the monthly rent per unit will be discounted depending on the number of units rented, with full details contained in the Lease.

***A maximum of 3 hours free per month per office rented ​.
