Rental Pricing & Information

Included in Rent for all tenants:

  1. Dedicated locking office

  2. Security System/monitoring for main space

  3. 24/7 access to space

  4. Utilities included (heat, lights, water)

  5. Shared reception - staffed weekdays from 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM

  6. Mail/parcel receiving

  7. Access to collaborative workspace in office "pod"

  8. Access to kitchen and lounge area 

  9. Basic cleaning services in common space*

  10. Garbage disposal*

*Tenants are responsible to clean their individual offices and bagging their own items for disposal​

Work/Meeting space:

Training Rooms A & B, and Meeting Room are bookable at preferred rates

Equipment & Supplies

  • Internet 

  • Photocopier - code to be provided and usage is billed monthly

1-Person Offices - Long Term Rentals 

Options available:

  • Month-to-month

  • Annual lease up to 5 years

Long term lease includes complimentary use of the small meeting room subject to availability.​

Price of rent to be negotiated based on  number of units being rented and length of lease.
